Why We Exist
From Technology to Impact
Across Malawi, Kenya, and much of Africa, children and youth in adversity face a double gap: limited access to digital skills and opportunity, and too few pathways for mental health and wellbeing support. HealingTech Initiative exists to close both — combining technology, education, and compassionate care so young people can learn, heal, and lead.

Tech + Mental Health for Youth in Adversity
HealingTech Initiative is a youth-led, technology-driven social impact organization. We equip children and young people — especially those in tough situations and underserved communities — with digital skills, mentorship, and mental health support alongside inclusive programmes that advance education, healthcare access, and community empowerment.
We invest in people regardless of financial status, disability, gender, or location. Our work starts in Malawi and Kenya and grows across Africa.

Technology Partner: HealingTech Labs
HealingTech Labs was born out of HealingTech Initiative — extending our mission from training into real opportunity. Labs creates employment pathways for the youth we train, helping them earn a living, grow their skills, and in some cases develop products of their own. HealingTech Labs operates independently, while collaborating with HealingTech Initiative through technology expertise and strategic support.
